Yvonne Brun is the best agent I've ever had. She is so fast and reliable and handled everything for me. I was an out of town seller and she went above and beyond what I expect of a realtor. She found people to help fix up my house, landscape, did walk throughs, and crushed the negotiations! She also was a great guide through the process and has an incredible reputation in the industry. I had 3 offers in the first day my home was on the market and 7 scheduled viewings. She knows the market so well and how to price my home right and got me more than I expected! There isn't enough words to describe how wonderful Yvonne is. I worked with her twice, first to buy my home in Florida and then to sell my same home in Florida. I was referred to Yvonne through the RealtyPlus program. She was very prompt to contact me and schedule a meeting at her office to go over paper work and discuss what I was & was not looking for in my first home. She was always very prompt about scheduling viewings and always up-front about whatever knowledge she had of a home or neighborhood. She was always friendly and professional about answering my questions, which was very helpful since this is my first home. Yvonne has a great personality and can get along with everyone, but she's also not afraid to fight for her buyers and help negotiate all the little details of the contracts.
